Yes, i guess my point was that maybe we were more overpriced at that time compared to other markets?
Agree wholeheartedly that we're a supposed stronger market now and came out in better shape that most/many from the GFC so these figures may give some indication as to why we're not bouncing back inline.
Maybe we shuld ahve shifted some money to the NZX?
