so easy, GDO 400mil + 250mil Rand = 650mil total

Baiyon 17% = 75mil GDO + 250mil Funding for Rand = 325mil in total

Whats 325mil of 650mil??? 50%

they bought a bit more than 17% so which will give them the extra 1% to make it 51%...

Yes there so many binding agreements etc so once they finalize them anns will be made of change of control which the company has mentioned... cheers
