The second stage of production facilities is now nearing
completion. An oil pipeline has been commissioned across
the acreage providing export to multiple sales points. Intra-field trucking is currently still required but this line allows for the scheduled increased oil and condensate volumes to be moved from the field to the refinery. A ?wet gas? pipeline has also been installed and is awaiting commissioning. This line will allow our high calorific gas to be shipped to larger processing facilities near Houston and the full value of stripped NGLs can then be realised. The installation of centralised processing facilities commencing in 2011 will also materially reduce well Capex costs and subsequent operating costs. The first of these will be installed in the Excelsior AMI during the second quarter 2011
