finlays??

unfortunately i have come across something quite disturbing which deserves some explanation by an MDV representative...A company called Finlays in Srilanka currently controls clinical waste management

This site is dated Thurs 28th April...what happened to the MOU.....has MDV breached rules here or has Finlays??

someone help me out here? am i missing something??
