    CEY been in uptrend for a month not a week or 2.
    Went into trading halt 23/2 but the uptrend started feb 14
    Citygroup clients amontst others got in late last year.
    I bought around 4.20 and averaged down 3.85 3 months ago so I guess some would be taking profits now.
