Ann: Mutiny Gold to move to 100% ownership of Gul, page-15

re: Ann: Mutiny Gold to move to 100% ownershi... This much we know based on today's announcement:

- The maximum discount on the shares is going to be 20%. So at current prices would be looking at raising at 11-11.5c raising
- Lowest price they are looking to raise capital is at 10c (based on max number of securities issued being 80M and raising A$8M)
- Looking at debt financing to reduce dilution.

Anyone who did a bit of research on Mutiny would have realised that this capital raising was coming up. However, with the company setting the framework of the raising it puts their intentions out in the open. There is less ambiguity regarding the raising now.

Looking forward to getting the cap raising out of the way and proceeding with further exploration and development.
