Marion Energy have settled out of court with Lobo Well Service. 19/4/2011
The details of the settlement are not yet available.
However a payment schedule has been agreed upon.
I will post the settlement when it becomes available.

This was a multi million dollar case, Marion have dropped the counter claim, and are now scheduled to cough up.
