    With this one you need to value the management team. It is one thing to have a Mine but you need a strong and proven team to get it started. CSE has the experience on board to progress very large projects. So this one should be a pushover. Expect TECK to play a bigger role in the future of this minnow. Team and backing I value at 15m and its prospects 15m plus blue sky.
