Curtp - I guess you missed this sentence.
"The aim is to secure a strategic partner to assist with
the advancement of the pre-feasibility studies on the Highland Plains phosphate project."
The way I read it is that a BFS or DFS will require a strategic partner. I'm thinking POZ does not have enough capital to prove the resource to the measured category.
