Overall think the annoucement regarding the takeover was positive. Both parties are still trying to get the result. AMU is just anxious to have it done ASAP. There is postive signs that the funding will be completed by the due date and also the 2cent dividend will be paid as well.
So based on todays price 35cents a share is on track and a significant premium to todays closing price.
