I sold out on Friday for similar reasons. I think there is a real chance of a broader market correction and maybe a retracement to near $17. Hoping so anyway DYOR.
I think the currency impact is not yet priced in, and could go further. It all depends on whether there is QE3 in america. I think there probably will be, but the Fed will deny until the last minute hoping not to have to do it.
QBE now reports in $US. I am not sure how this affects their view on giving currency fluctuation updates to results. Earnings per share would be rising in $US terms while falling in $AUS terms.
