I like the way you have worked this out 9dragons but you have not included for the $6m. tax that Eden have not beeen able to fund. That is possibly another 2c. off the price.

But then considering the likely cash in hand in early July.
$22m. cash (Q3) + $6m est.cash gain in Q4 = $28m. cash.

28m - 14.5m (min. required) = $13.5m = 3.5 c/s

ie. if Eden pays 29.5c/s, AMU pay $4.5m.(1.5c.) of the $6m.(2c.)tax due, there would still 2c. dvd. left.
Thus 29.5c + 2c. = 31.5c. total

Works out about the same. I would be happy with that if it happens.
