LJ is a heavy weight but mostly it's just that no one cares about this stock except existing holders. It would be silly minor things that would completely change the picture - cash in the bank could do it - like an upfront or 1 of capital raising to a genuine holder not a finacier. A key stakeholder emerging would be another - I don't know who but just say Loy Yang showed up as a becoming a substantial shareholder or Tincom or a chinese energy company. These types of things would change it permanently regardless of dilution.

It is already trading lighter with slight upwards trajectory and reasonable volume - a couple of mildly positive announcements and 3.5-5c is pretty easy. Despite the 2.5c close th offers up to 3c are pretty thin - from there it works a little harder.
