Additionally, another reading of the Acquisition Announcement -

"..The envisaged uranium project involves the construction of a large-scale (5.4 million tonnes per annum) uranium ore processing plant for the recovery of uranium from the Cooke Tailings Dam and from the Cooke Operations..."

It would seem that further (ie additional to the USD250m)significant capital will be required for such a project, from where I can only imagine!

Suspect that there will be a lot of sp volatility over the next 12 months.
