EPG is currently not trading. If they were telegraphing their intention to short-sell, it would be extremely stupid of them. On the resumption of trading, the share price would be 5 cents before they could sell 5 million shares, devaluing the remaining 40 million that they own. Unless their strategy is to get even more EPG cheaply and to use the opacity they now have to do so more easily than otherwise would be the case. They might see an opportunity to create some chaos at the resumption of trade as an opportunity to do so....who knows... might simply be BOA's instinct to exploit any opportunity to increase the opacity of its activities.
