    This deal looks great but it does introduce some new implementation risks.

    My game plan is to sit and wait. If it goes back into the .30s I will happily buy more.

    I will sell if GDO hits my target price OR gold starts dropping too far OR they start talking about capital raising and dilution. I don't see either of the latter happening and will be sleeping well at night.
