MNC is in both. If Humala wins, his first act is what..drive companies to Chile? Great look. MNC would certainly slow spend, probably every other company in exploration also. Only those with big commitments would continue to production.

My 20,000 km perspective is that Humala is learning. Nothing happens in a day, or a week.

I think Greendevil may be sub-consciously reacting to his own fear of Humala disproportionately. Humala does seem to favour the Brazilian model and not his mate Hugo Chavez.
