conspicuous by their silence?

Seems to me that changes need to be made urgently to this failing company. Firstly the management team that bought the Rotary business is still in place. No management changes indicated on their web page. Im not saying that you should throw the baby out with the bath water but I havent noticed a single head roll for the bad decisions that have led this company to the brink. Someone should be taking responsibility. And the Board is doing what????
