The limits will always be in the markets. They have been trying for years to get enough starters for the gas pipe from PNG, but it has stalled. Gladstone is a big potential user but this would be largely in power because aluminium refining requires electricity. Townsville needs a base load power station but it would not be the size of what you guys are used to and the nickel refinery wants to upgrade now, not "eventually". They may not wait. By comparison, Syd is an enormous market so SGC is my pick.
