    I said I will contribute on further news. Well I have some. The company has no intention to have that level of debt without gold price downside protection. Even more intesresting is the level if debt may not be as large.
    Expect a placement of shares at 53 aud is my guess. Issuing au
    Stock would lock in an even cheaper acquisition price.
    Peoples debt / cashflows issue extremely unwarranted.
