re: Ann: March 2011 Quarterly Activity and Ap... I agree but what is of concern is the "time" this will take and the "cash burn". I know RBS had these guys on careful watch re: cash burn after the last presentation. I suspect many will be disappointed in the snail-like progress over the past 12 months. What price the next cap raising?
