Trees, just guessing at the moment obviously but the company (PMH) has been dormant pretty much since about September last year after the sale to Entree - I can't see why they would make a conscious decision to sell, out of the blue.
This is why I think it is something to do with the technical switch to Entree Gold who have been the real holders of PMH assets since 1 July last year, the date of the takeover(someone correct me if I am wrong about this).
