if a cr happens, shareholders will have to decide if it is in their economic interest to subscibe. That is what the stockmarket is all about. Others will (a) check their imaginary portfolios and ask the man from the Bank of Toyland what to do or (b) gleefully buy some real Nido shares because they reckon their strategy in downramping the sp has worked amongst the gullible.
