I trade on a mixture of fact and sentiment and so a broad range of views is good for me.
Last week I was reaching for my srn when the EGM came in.
It did seem to answer a few questions. Always looking for the motivation.

The drilling of Well 1 is a puzzle. Surely the drill contractor is different from the one we have been in court with for the last 6 mths?
Russians/Ukrainians are hard heads to deal with. It would have been better for both sides to deal it out, but they are "all or nothing".

I am no expert but looking at the Feb pick the rig looked all but good to go. I would think they were just days away from drilling when that picture was taken. The contractor built the rig in mid point winter, so there seems no lack of motivation to get going.
Hard to see there been any fundamental problem.
If I was the drill contractor at this point, you would have to be paying me not to drill.
