I just read the last post by sankhara...
and picked up on their point to read the Annual reports..

I note that NKwe has more than 49% OF Ruighoek..as I had found... on the prvious link for sept09 interests given to US listing..

Nkwe has an undivided 54% share on various portions of Ruighoek ...
from the 2010 report...
"Pilanesberg Project
The project consists of two properties, Rooderand and Ruighoek which are advanced stage exploration projects.
Rooderand is located on the north-western rim of the Pilanesberg National Park and exploration success during 2006 increased
the JORC compliant Mineral Resource to 36.7m Mt @ 3.8 g/t for 4.5Moz (3PGE+Au), geologically discounted. A new order
prospecting right has been issued on this project.
Nkwe has an undivided 54% share on various portions of Ruighoek (under the old Mining Act) which lies directly to the west
of the Pilanesberg National Park, covering an area of over 2,500 hectares. Nkwe has previously secured the consent to
prospect on Ruighoek from the private holders of undivided shares of the mineral rights. An application for a Prospecting
Right is currently being processed by the Department of Minerals and Energy (?DME?)."

and according to the latest ASX ann
"A new order prospecting right has been issued on this project."

Great, when did that occur and how long does it run under what conditions , have any consultations taken place and what is planned?
Who are the private holders? local community owners or a company? What are "undivided shares of the mineral rights"?

Could that have anything to do with a legal arguement given in a recent media article argueing that you cant divide mineral rights? or does "undivided" have some other meaning?

Sorry to all those SH or HC members who already know what these things etc are...I dont and will read some more annual reports.
