what the?, page-5

It amazes me how the movers and shakers that have a place on the board can throw share entitlements around like confetti! We invested in this company to acheive quantifiable results that returned us share holders value of substance; but I get the feeling there is more importance placed on self interest than shareholder returns. What happened to fair pay for a fair days work, it appears we are adding another tier of reward, a reward of dilution for share holders who have paid real money for each share. I believe the resolutions all need careful reveiw and consideration!
