You are way off the mark this morning "It is arrogant as you assume you know what the whole market is doing and what it will do in the future!"
That is your reply to me suggesting that I would consider property generally at the moment a poor investment choice.
Now I am painting a picture here. You are claiming I am arrogant for thinking about my asset value in the future. Now lets look at this as you hold both stocks and a portfolio of property would it be that... You see there future value increasing as to why you buy in. Just like you think about future growth so did I yet i am arrogant.
Let me guess I am arrogant because I predicted a negative outcome that was different to your crystal ball thoughts.
These are my thoughts untainted: Many many property investors or speculators share similar thought patterns. They revolve around rose coloured thoughts that property will compound year on year. Many "wannabe rich" people have come from the last decade rises.
I could go on and on but property is collapsing in spectacular fashion and will continue to do so. I hope you are not too tangled as this may explain your constant flaming and ill directed posts.
