I think what I like most about it, and the deal itself is solid albeit a bit generous to brookdale considering the ongoing royalties ( i wonder what the % is?), is that it comes with the permitted 90,000 tonne stockpiling area at fairdown. This should be able to be leveraged in relation to negotiations with the Fairdown action group and their concerns lodged in relation to the environmental hearing that is pending, as should the prmit to truck 250,000 tonnes down the mountain.

All that said, I'm not sure we will even get a sniff at the placement.

I think if we are, from my perspective I will have to allow sanity to prevail and keep what free capital I have for other opportunities. The next btu sounds very appealing.

If you saw how heavily weighted to BTU i am you would understand. I'm sure
