An announcement of the review panel would help but so far we don't have that so the permit and LAMP are basically just being delayed indefinitely. I think the thorium issue is really simple though so once the panel is setup, it really shouldn't take longer than a month to give the LAMP an all clear. This should also quicken the safety review of the permit once Lynas applies for it.

For now, however, some people fear the possibility of the LAMP being shelved and Lynas becoming almost worthless. This along with the high AU dollar, Forge scandal, nervous markets is keeping this speculative stock down.

I can't really answer your question but it wouldn't surprise me if the stock fell to 1.70 like some are saying. And that's without a market correction. We all better hope that Europe doesn't blow up in the meantime.

It's currently below $2 again, seemingly resuming its free fall. Personally, I don't think it will go much lower but that's just my gut... and the fact that when it comes down to it, people know this review will almost certainly pass by within 2 months and the SP will rocket.
