WASA...its a new ASX company going through IPO to raise the money. I suspect that ASX SARCO IPO may want ORD shareholders to participate at a discount price and the market IPO will bring on new shareholders etc and may well be underwriten etc.

ORD shareholders will own 100% of ORD and 49% interests in JV with GRAM and Copperflats, 5-10% of CCD (if it chooses), 100% of Supleflats, 100% of West Wylalong.

Lets say they have, and this is PURE SPECULATION, 15% in ASX SARCO IPO then all of the above has to be worth way more than the current market cap.
