well, i would suggest contacting the company directly instead of speculating too much.
a little birdie from the company emailed back today (i emailed them yesterday, so i cant really complain about turn around time) and said that a certain well is 'about to spud in a matter of days'.
obviously, DYOR please and contact the company directly.
calm heads are needed and i appreciate the negative comments as it makes discussions better imo.
