i just think its taking a bit too long to secure the finance deal. because the way i see it the way the more delay means the more its going to cost to build the project + infrastructure......... which is a windfall for china because they are the most likely partner. and even if they arent they will most likely be the most likely infrastucture contractor. cos who else will be able to do it at a better rate and faster than the chinese?????
