I Doubt they can sell the ores especially with the injunction in place in the zambian courts. If they do manage to sell the ores with the injunction in place, then it should tell you so much about what the Fidler and his mate kF can do to disregard regulations. Can people wake up to reality or is it just me who thinks these guys will now want to use the ores that are encumbered as collateral to raise funds. I think Eth needs to re-strategise, probably also consider going back to other aggrieved party to liquidate their position. And I agree Mr Jazz has played Eth so well. Iam not contributing not as an ex-employee or investor but as somebody with open eyes and appreciate that share holders must never be lied to nor be mis-informed. Share holders must never be left to speculation.
