I continuously try to reconcile why they dont secure finance now. I guess this 'change of plans' would of been one of the big reasons for this.
When I talk to Ian I will quiz him on the impacts of these changes on the feasibility numbers, and the timeframes surrounding the permitting and construction of the harbour and port hub.
I also see IFE and TRF as big winners over the next 6-12mths. At these prices it is hard not to keep topping up. Shame i have empty pockets!!
