* We have a new cornerstone investor (albeit a big player investing outside of his core area)
* We extinguish Springtree arrangement
* Retail holders can participate in the cap raising so avoiding dilution
* Renounceable SPP (does that mean we can sell our rights?)
Negatives
* Funding not exactly accelerating projects but topping up working capital
* Private placement = 154M new shares (+ existing shares of 433M (excluding options) + 154M = 587M)
* Theoretically, if all retail investors subscribed for maximum shares does that mean an extra 433M (extra $5.6M) shares (587 + 433 = 1,020B)?
