I think management need to raise $$$ fast. If there is a serious market correction the opportunity to do so without too much dilution will be lost.

No doubt they would have been advised that the market just wouldnt wear a cap raising after a parabolic rise. Or maybe they will have to wait for the permits before its a goer.

Holders need to find out what is going on in my view.

Just be wary of talk like serious buyers, buyers building, $1 plus,serious potash player etc, bottom drawer, long term holder.
