Hi Shrewdy,
Are you saying that the real value of NGE lies in the huge
areas of real estate it controls? NGE should sit on its
hands and wait even if it means many years of waiting.
That is, the company should class itself as a land bank.
Would any board of directors do that?
The problem is that many shareholders [not you and me]
will ask ; what are the directors doing to earn their fees?
Sad but true.
