If someone out there is able to take part in the conference call this arvo, can they find out why its going to take 9 months to finalise the sale of 25% of Olaroz to Toyota? The sale price is described as "based on" the NPV - but I wonder if that will be 25% of the full NPV, or 25% of the NPV with some sort of discount (or premium...wouldn't that be nice!) applied to it.
In the long run it doesn't really matter. We've still got Salinas Grandes - which appears to be at least as good as Olaroz - so even if they gave away 25% of Olaroz for free, the current enterprise value (which is equal to less than half of Olaroz NPV alone) looks pretty cheap.
