It's not a war. You can bet the buyer and seller are the same entity. They're acculmulating albeit very slowly. They're buying small parcels and selling around 10% of them again at a lower price to try and hold the price down whilst they accumulate. I only question why it's being played out at such a small parcel size... It's too sophisticated a tactic for a small holder and too expensive for a non-broker (imagine being charge $15-20 per trade on these parcels) so all I can think of is someone trying to make it look like they're accumulating without really wanting to actually end up with a lot of stock.
Conspiracy theories ? Probably. I just find it odd.
