de nova, yes but if the judicial system finds corruption under the "circumstances surrounding the issue of the Axiom PL and LOI", which are the reasons behind all the current discussions causing the ministers dismissal, for potentially similar behaviour, then the judiciary may well find in favour of the government cancellation. This is also the same minister (I believe from press articles) who issued a LOI to Sumitomo as a result of some tender process over same project in 2010 and Sumitomo's LOI was cancelled by the govt in March this year for similar " questionable circumstances and reasons". The minister used undue processes and influences over staff and govt sector people. These matters are highly suspicious and caused the miinsters dismisal and this is on top of the alleged corruption charges against him and listed in the courts for hearing in May.
Gee where there is smoke there is fire and with the same minister involved one should be worried to say the least.
We should all hope Axiom is not embroiled in these charges just by association.
The history and current times of SI are littered with these sad stories that leave many companies and shareholders with terrible memories of trying to deal there. The more you research the papers you see so many similar situations and can begin to understand why this country has never grown past an aid donor nation sadly. They bring it on themselves it appears.
