I remain impressed by the efforts of the staff and directors keeping the old plant chugging along.

Since I started this thread the AUD has risen substantially, the Carbon Tax is closer, the mine is deeper, the plant is older; and yet they soldier on.

Fighting valiantly against relentless forces crushing in from all sides. With the never say die attitude of Monty Python's Black Night they carry on despite these 'flesh wounds'.

The remaining shareholders have also shown a selfless willingness to hang on even though they could have taken their money out at over 20c/share. Some have even bought in. What a stirling display of pluck and courage, a wonderful display of faith in the face of mere financial rationalism.
