I am not sure about the relevance of spreading trials across geographical locations for the purpose of managaing possible anomolies due to race.......

More so, I believe it is important to ensure patient recruitment is completed within a specified time frame and this is assisted due to the larger population covered by the trial locations.

There have been some trials by other companied which have struggled to meet the patient recruitment targets and time frames, this will assist.

But more importantly, meet regulations across US FDA and EMEA at the same time.
