Until there is clarification of when the Husab ML is to be granted investors need to be wary. I still think that unfortunately there is a lack of sufficient clarification that pending MLs will be granted as in the past rather than being made subject to a joint venture with Epangelo as a compulsory condition of granting.

Its notable that none of the many clarifications in the past week have specifically addressed this rather crucial point. Without an ML the value of the Husab project is that much less.
