mboose,
I note your comments that you have read an article today that there are land owners claiming that Axiom have signed the wrong people. Can you please post the link - thanks.
If this relates to the Kolosori land - too bad, so sad. Its game over for them - the High Court has ruled.
If this relates to the Bungusule land - there could well be further litigation in the High Court to determine the true land owners. Axiom has indicated that it is confident it has identified the right people and entering into Surface Access Agreements as we speak. Unless those people claiming to be the "true land owners" get a court injunction to stop Axiom and those it has signed with, its full steam ahead. To this end, if its just a few local people here and there making noise, do you honestly think they have the financial means to instigate costly litigation? I doubt it...unless Sumitomo finances it on the condition that if successful, these "new" land owners enter into Surface Access Agreements with Sumitomo.
This is where things might head in relation to the San Jorge tenement. These new land owners have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I'm sure theres a few of them sticking their hands up!
In any event, as previously discussed, this would simply mean that there would be two mines in operation. Axiom has the one with the most potential and is apparently under valued.
Anyone agree/disagree?
