    The lenders now have 51% of the CER trust. This doesn't mean they have a controlling interest.

    What is does mean as you've mentioned is that as "ordinary" shareholders, raising the SP, having a distribution made are what they are after as well.

    If their, for the sake of figures 2 billion worth of shares gains then 200 million a year in divies then I think they'd be happy. Like wise with any improvement in the SP.

    Seriously CER once CNP is dispatched, is WIN!
