    Hi,
    You are right about the date for the Kunming/Vientiane railway, 2015.
    Got mixed up with the hoped for finish date ,of the full China to Singapore project.
    Would also agree that rail would seem the sensible way to get the product to China, just that this railway doesn't go that close to the Sarco deposits.
