Cwy, not sure if this will help but I spoke with JW at the last agm and spoke about those elusive valves. From what I remember, he informed me the valves where ready and he's was just waiting for the funding to come from you know who. He said, verbatum, "I'm ready to go"!
I havn't a crystal ball but personnaly, I dont see a problem with the valves. I'd be willing to wager it's all sytems go!
