I have been informed by the Company that "Due to the closeness of a NASDAQ listing, the SEC forbids solicitation to US investors that haven't be cleared with the 20-F disclosure document. This was picked up by Deutsche Bank and our US counsel. Whilst it is a technicality we can't take such a risk with the SEC".
This is why the webcast did not go ahead.
On another note, "The shares won't be purchased by BNY until we are deemed effective by the SEC to trade on the NASDAQ and this will be done on a 30:1 ratio."
The fireworks are yet to come...
