Sory but i disagree with that,
'NDO are extremely embarrassed, hence the lack of admissions, will (yes at our expense) have learned and will be trying their hardest not to let this happen again'.
Jocot get paid way too much money and feelings and embarrassment has no place in business.
If he is embarrassed then he too should resign.
A mistake is a mistake full stop.
It only makes it worse when incompetent people were initially unleashed onto the project in the first place.
As a leader and a managing director, what is he managing other than his bank account.
