Excellent post pepsipet and you draw attention to the point that the minister will do what is in the best interest of the state. What do you reckon is more probable? A 50-50 split between CAZ and MIN or an award to either one? I personally feel a 50-50 split is the most likely outcome to avoid accusations of favouritism.
Mind you I don't know how good MIN's bid was so have no idea which one is a better proposition.
